The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the combatants met personally to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I will break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will genuinely try to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
However, the novice remains one of the sport's largest commercial attractions, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers met for the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really proceeding.
